Pankaj Kumar Singh, who has been relieved from the post of Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), Jodhpur, North Western Railway (NWR), has been transferred to Northern Railway (NR) and appointed as Principal Chief Safety Officer (PCSO). He is an Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE) officer.
